You have extensive experience managing your own caseload and possess the right qualifications, excellent communication skills, and a strong knowledge of how practical and effective advice impacts realising positive outcomes, particularly in effective case management conclusion. Ideally, you are OH qualified and preferably NMC part 3 registered.
What the Job Involves
As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will be part of North Yorkshire Council’s Occupational Health and Wellbeing Service, a small team of specialist practitioners. This role involves delivering occupational health services, health promotion activities, and health surveillance programs to managers and staff across the Council, Schools & Academies as well as external contracts. The role offers significant autonomy, allowing you to self-manage your workload and work flexibly from home, with the service based on campus at County Hall offices in Northallerton. The ideal candidate will be committed to working 15 – 20 hours alongside a team of dedicated professionals and experts.
