Who You Are

You are a dedicated social worker focused on the welfare of children, skilled in assessments and care planning, and committed to promoting the well-being of children within the community.

What the job involves

• Carry out initial and core assessments in compliance with the Assessment Framework.
• Develop comprehensive care plans and support packages to address children's needs.
• Perform statutory duties for children in care and those on a Care and Support Protection Plan.
• Engage in care proceedings and ensure all actions are documented in Care First.
• Adhere to Wales Safeguarding Procedures and Pembrokeshire Child Care Procedures.
• Complete any additional tasks as required to support child welfare.
