What the Job Involves

• Carry out general cleaning duties in communal areas, including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and litter picking.
• Maintain cleanliness of refuse chutes, bins, and bin areas.
• Operate machinery for deep cleaning when required, with training provided.
• Report and follow up on any repairs or defects in communal areas.
• Provide cover in absence of other colleagues.
• Assist residents with inquiries or refer them to appropriate colleagues.
• Identify and report needs of vulnerable customers.
• Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Comply with Health and Safety legislation and use provided safety clothing and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Skills

• Valid UK driving licence
• Experience in cleaning duties
