You are a dedicated and motivated individual passionate about helping households transition from temporary to settled accommodation. You have strong interpersonal skills and a desire to make a positive difference in housing services.

What the Job Involves

This role involves working with households in temporary accommodation, supporting them in moving to settled accommodation by understanding their needs and overcoming barriers. You will collaborate with Lettings Negotiators to ensure efficient use of properties and guide households on moving processes, responsibilities, and available support. The role also demands timely progression of cases, effective collaboration with various departments, and addressing any complaints for service improvement.
