What the Job Involves
This role involves working through a backlog of phase transfers and drafting plans. You will complete all steps of the SEND process, including writing plans and amendment notices, and consulting with various educational settings. Regular communication with schools and stakeholders is essential to maintain accountability and ownership over the young people on your caseload.
