What the Job Involves

This role entails providing timely estates and valuation services, managing the council’s wide range of estate assets, and supporting the Property Portfolio Manager. Your duties include negotiating lease renewals, rent reviews, property acquisitions, and disposals. You are also responsible for maintaining the asset database, ensuring internal control systems are efficient, and promoting the council's services positively. Additionally, you will participate in policy formulation and attend various meetings, contributing to the overall strategy and performance evaluation of the Asset Management and Property Services team.
